You, or the attendee listed on your request will receive a separate email from the team's ticketing company (Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, MLB app, etc.) to claim/accept your mobile tickets. If you have questions on how to claim/accept mobile tickets, or for retransfer, please reach out directly to your company's ticket admin for assistance.
To ensure a positive user experience for securing your mobile tickets, please review the information below:
Mobile tickets are transferred to a ticketing account for the email address associated with either your Concierge Live account, or the email address entered in for your attendee. This will most likely be your business email address, which may require you to create a new Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, MLB App, etc. account to claim/accept the mobile tickets.
Example: Ticketmaster's Account Manager requires a separate account for each team which requires you to have an Atlanta Falcons account to claim Falcons tickets, and a Carolina Panthers account to claim Panthers tickets. Emails from the ticketing companies (Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, AXS, etc) may go into your junk or spam folder. Please check your junk and spam accounts if you do not receive an email.
Based on your Concierge Live account setup, if mobile tickets are being transferred directly to your attendees, please contact your attendee to ensure they receive an email to accept/claim their tickets.
