Once ticket request is submitted, a ticket admin ultimately determines who is assigned (approved) tickets. In their request queue and home page, users can see:
- Pending Approval (ticket requests waiting for a manager approval)
- Pending Review (requests a ticket admin must assigned/approved, waitlisted or declined)
- Waitlisted
- Assigned (the request has been approved and assigned tickets)
- Cancelled/Declined (the request was declined)
- Pending Delivery (tickets awaiting delivery)
- Delivered (tickets have been delivered)
If a user moves their mouse over a status button, they will see additional information (contact information for approver, delivery details, time stamps, etc.)
