A request in pending approval is a request that is still being reviewed by your manager or approver. Once your manager/approver makes a decision you will be notified. Their approval does not mean you have tickets. If you manager/approve approves the request, it will be sent to the ticket admin for the tickets. The ticket admin will either approve, decline or wait list the request. Requestors will receive an email based on the ticket admin's decision.
