The ticket order in-hands date will vary because it is common for venues/teams not to release tickets to account holders until a few days before an event. If your tickets do not arrive by the in-hands date or 2 days prior to the event date, please contact us at support@conciergelive.com with your order number. We will contact the seller to determine your order status and follow up with new information. Please don’t be alarmed, this is a common process, and you will receive tickets to the event.
