Concierge Live provides a few options for branding for images and company logos. These options include a login and home page logo, email and briefing book logos, login and home page background images and a tagline on the home page of the system.
These are not required; however, they do add a customized feel to your site. You can update branding for you Concierge Live account in the Setup section under ”Interface”.
Login & home page logo: for best results, use a transparent PNG. We also support JPG and GIF. Max size is 350 x 75 pixels.
Email and briefing book header logo: for best results, use a transparent PNG. We also support JPG and GIF. Max size is 350 x 75 pixels.
Login and home page background image: for best results, use a high resolution image with a roughly rectangular landscape profile (like a computer monitor). You should also use a compressed image format like JPG to reduce loading times. You can add multiple images which will scroll if preferred. Max size supported 1920x1080 pixels.
System Name: This is limited to 60 characters including spaces.
