The Setup and Configure sections are where ticket admin control account behaviors in Concierge Live.
Setup Section
The Setup section is where Setup admin enable global settings like attendee types and data fields, delivery options and site branding. To access the Setup section, click on your name (top right of the page), then click “Setup”.
Configure Section
The configure section is where ticket admin control everything about their tickets. From who, when and how tickets can be requested, to management permissions, to billing, to delivery options. Ticket admin can configure a single ticket, an event, a group of events or even an entire season. More information to come on configuring tickets.
