As a rule, ticket admin in Concierge Live have management permissions to tickets they create or tickets allocated to them. In Concierge Live, ticket admin can manage tickets at the same event but not necessarily the same tickets. This is an important distinction for Concierge Live. While tickets can have multiple admin, unlike competing platforms we do not have “venue” or “regional” ticket admin. A ticket admin is only an admin for the tickets they have access to.
In Concierge Live, you can have an unlimited number of ticket admin. Concierge Live has two types of ticket admin:
- Site Admin: ticket admin who have management rights to every ticket in Concierge Live and the Setup section. To make a user a site admin, in the “User” section in Setup, locate a user, click on the “wheel” icon next to the user’s name, then click “add site admin role”.
- Conditional Admin: ticket admin who have management permissions to specific tickets (they created or someone else created and added them as a manager). Initially, a site admin through the ”configure” section will need to add a user as a manager to a ticket(s). Once a user has management rights to tickets, they become a “conditional” ticket admin which allows them to add/configure their own tickets moving forward.
Ticket admin have complete control of their tickets and “configure” them based on their goals (more info to come on “configure”). Unless a user is a site admin, a ticket admin only has management permissions for the tickets they create or someone else creates and adds them as a manager. Concierge Live allows tickets to have a single or multiple ticket admin.
The homepage for a ticket admin is the Manage page. Only the tickets a ticket admin has management permissions for appear on their Manage page. For example, a user could have management permissions for the Atlanta Braves tickets but not for the Atlanta Falcons. On the user’s Manage page, they would see their Atlanta Braves tickets. If the user wanted to view Atlanta Falcon tickets, they would request those like any other user (assuming they have ticket request permissions for Atlanta Falcon tickets) because they don’t have management permissions for the Atlanta Falcons. This flexibility allows company’s to silo tickets, venues, and events to specific ticket admin (single or multiple) based on your needs or ticket management model.
