While there are similarities to how clients use their tickets, every client determines how they want to use their tickets. For some clients, their tickets can only be used for client entertainment or business development purposes. We also have clients who use their tickets exclusively for employee use (personal or employee reward & recognition). Most clients use combination of the two.
Attendee type is our term for who you entertain: clients, customers, prospects, vendors, employee R&R. Attendee types are created and managed in the Usage & Attendee type section in Setup. Here you can enable or disable whether tickets can be request for business use and/or personal use. It’s important to note, enabling business or personal use in the Setup section doesn’t mean all of your tickets can be requested for business or personal use. This setting gives ticket admin the option to allow business or personal requests in the “configure” section for their events and tickets. More to come on configuring tickets later in the deck.
By default, accepting business and personal requests are enabled in your new Concierge Live. If your ticket model doesn’t allow business or personal use ticket requests, you can disable the option globally in the Setup section.
