We apologize for any inconvenience. We are unable to turn off the Concierge Live Marketplace because this feature provides value to many of our clients. A few comments:
- Ticket buttons on the Shop page will clearly state whether an event has company tickets or only secondary tickets.
- Company tickets always have priority and appear on the Shop page by default.
- When company tickets for an event are sold out, users will see Concierge Live Marketplace tickets for the event.
- When users search for an event, they will see company inventory first and then Concierge Live Marketplace ticket opportunities when company tickets are no longer available.
The check-out process for Concierge Live Marketplace tickets is the same as company tickets (i.e. attendee types and data requirements). This creates a consistent user experience while providing the same analytics and reporting available for company tickets.
