Each attendee type has field requirements a user completes when making a request. By default, new Concierge Live accounts include the following attendee types and field requirements:
- Charity = Name (o); Company Name (r); Tax ID (r)
- Client = Name (o); Company Name (r); Title (r); Purpose of Entertainment (r)
- Employee = Name (r); Email (r); Title (r); Phone (r)
- Prospect = Name (o); Company Name (r); Title (r); Purpose of Entertainment (r)
- Personal Use = Name (o); Email (r); Title (r); Phone (r)
- o = optional; r = required
If you use different terms for entertainment or need different attendee types, you can edit or create new attendee types in the Setup section under “Usage & Attendee Type”. When you create new attendee types or edit an existing attendee type, the next step is to specify the field requirements. We specify the fields for an attendee type through a “field relevancy” (Setup section in the “Field Relevancy Profile”). A field relevancy can be applied to multiple attendee types or you can have a different field relevancy (different data fields) for each attendee type. Data fields can be required, optional or not relevant. This allows your field requirements to be as simple or as comprehensive as you like.
