One of the key steps in the request process is collecting attendee data. Concierge Live accomplishes this through attendee types and data fields. An attendee type is the person being entertained; employee or contact (external attendee).
Clients can create attendee types for employees and contact (external) attendees. Each attendee type has data fields which allow clients to capture and report on attendee ticket usage.
Data fields are applied to an attendee type in the field relevancy section of Setup. Once applied, data fields can be required, optional or not relevant for an attendee type.
