As part of company policies, we recommend creating definitions to clarify attendee types used by employees when making requests. This process will assist employees selecting the appropriate attendee type. Some common employee use attendee types include:
- Employee Host: the employee is hosting an external attendee (client, prospect, vendor, etc.) or employees (team building, reward & recognition).
- Employee Reward & Recognition: an employee, typically a manager/supervisor, requests tickets to reward/recognize an employee for their contribution/work.
- Employee Team Building/Team Meeting: an employee requests tickets for a team meeting or relationship building event.
- Personal Use: an employee requests tickets for personal use.
- Employee Staff: used to track staff at events. Commonly used for hospitality events where employees are onsite working the event but aren’t employee hosts.
